Users will be able to upload their mood boards or inspiration photos and Livvy will turn their inspiration into a real life virtual tour. From there, users can purchase a single piece of furniture or the entire design.
Retailers will be able to upload 2 or more images of their products that need to be digitized and Livvy will auto-generate the models from the pictures.
Users will be able to use the Livvy app to take images and Lidar scans of their rooms and have them auto-generated into 3D models. These models can then be used for their renovation designs.
Users can clear their current furniture from their 3D room in one tap or can isolate pieces that they want to keep and the room and remove the rest.
Users want to be able to see their own furniture & decord inside of their newly designed home. Simply take 2 or more images of your furniture using the Livvy App. From there, Livvy will auto-generate the 3D model of the piece and save it to your profile.
Retailers will be able to embed Livvy onto their website and let their buyers upload their rooms and design with all of their merchandise.
Livvy will also be able to handle cabinetry, doors, windows, custom closets, flooring, crown molding, wallpaper generation, & backyard landscaping. If you can dream it for your home, Livvy can design it.
Livvy will add support for all different types of areas including: commercial offices, hospitality, hospitals, and more.
Users will be able to apply celebrity interior designer’s styles to their inspirations so they can have the feel of having their home redesigned by their favorite TV celebrity, such as Joanna Gaines.
For users that do not have photo inspiration, Livvy AI Designer will ask you some questions regarding your style and will suggest options to design your home.
Users will be able to connect their Pinterest to Livvy so that whenever they pin an image, an autogenerated space will be saved to their profile.
With the use of machine learning, Livvy will track interior design trends to give users the ability to maximize their interior renovation plans. This includes best options for maximizing an ROI on a home flip and best options that suit your style.
Upload your event’s layout and inspiration images and Livvy will design the perfect event right for you. Livvy will then suggest event rental companies in your area and send them the list of items needed.
Aireal Labs, R&D division of Aireal, runs every new feature and function through the filters' desirability, feasibility, and long-term viability. Once the concept checks those three boxes, an MVP is produced to test with an existing client for market feedback. Then and only then is a product receiving the additional polish to bring it to market.

Aireal is a 10-year old company that was founded in January of 2013. Aireal owns 7 global patents with additional patents. Aireal’s AR platform is 20x more realistic than Apple and Google’s AR platforms using their own hardware and has accuracy of placement down to millimeter level.
Aireal transitioned from the Sports & Entertainment industry to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry in early 2018. Some of our current clients are Bluejack Builders, ZOM Living, Centre Living Homes, Lennar Inc, Pahlisch Homes, Toll Brothers, and many more. Due to rising living standards and a higher income, consumers are replacing their furniture more frequently. One area that we foresee contributing to furniture market growth over the long term are the millions of millennials who are preparing to buy their first home in the next three to five years. In order to capitalize on this powerful market driver, retailers should pay close attention to the buying behaviors of millennial consumers and make the necessary adjustments to capture market share.

Spaces business model is based on affiliate commission and catalog digitization. With all 50 of our existing trade partners, we will receive a 7% commission of total sales funneled through the Spaces experience. We will also charge a rate for the automatic 3D digitization of the retailer's inventory. On the flip side, with homebuilders and apartment management companies, we can share a portion of the commission in exchange for allowing the platform to sit in the digital twin experience of their property. Providing that experience for future homeowners or tenants increases overall customer sentiment by enabling them to engage their future space before moving in.
Our go-to-market strategy is crafted to tackle the classic chicken and the egg problem head-on. By forging strategic partnerships with home builders and simultaneously launching our direct-to-consumer channel, we'll accomplish multiple objectives. Not only will we generate significant revenue streams from both B2B and direct-to-consumer memberships, but we'll also gather invaluable user data and engagement metrics that are otherwise inaccessible to furniture and decor companies.
